Paul Gutierrez, MBA, MA, LMFT, LPC, NCC
Paul is licensed as a professional counselor and marriage and family therapist with over 25 years of experience providing treatment services in a wide variety of areas including depression, anxiety, grief, research, combat stress control, wellness, community counseling, confinement counseling, abandonment issues, veterans issues, substance abuse, trauma, families and couples.  Specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing EMDR for processing traumatic and distressing experiences and feelings. He incorporates level one Gottman couples counseling methods with couples to improve their relationship and utilizes a systemic approach with families.  He is said to be authentic, compassionate and empathetic with his clients.  

Erin Ashby, PsyD
Dr. Ashby is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in  trauma, sports performance enhancement, gifted child assessments, work performance and ADA accommodation evaluations.  Trained in a variety of treatment modalities personalized to the client's style and issues. Specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.  Dr. Ashby also enjoys researching all kinds of health and wellness issues.  She reviews and synthesizes information for clients to put to use and is the primary blog writer.


Kristen M. Ng, MA, R.P., N.C.C.
Kristen is a Trauma Informed Counselor with a Master of Arts in Trauma Psychology. Primarily, Kristen offers a nature based therapeutic experience. She has a passion to work with people who have experienced developmental trauma especially sexual abuse. Kristen primarily utilizes Emotionally Focused and Narrative therapy as her primary theoretical approaches, but also includes somatic body centered techniques, eco therapy, various arts, Gestalt, and mindfulness/ play therapy based on the needs of each client. Kristen has worked with client’s who were sex trafficked, had substance, sex, eating disorder, and other kinds of addictions, borderline personality disorder, domestic violence perpetrators and victims, PTSD, veterans, grief and loss, various couples including those who have experienced infidelity, children that range from the age of four to 17 years old, foster care system, selective mutism, relational issues,  and adult women who suffered from child sexual abuse and domestic violence. Her aim is to join with you in your therapeutic journey and merely facilitate the process of healing as she believes each person has the potential and strength within them to overcome whatever adversity that they have experienced. She looks forward to knowing and understanding each person’s heart as there is so much beauty, victory, and joy waiting to be unlocked within all of you!
